Purpose of processing

The submitted data is used exclusively to reply to your inquiry and for any further communication related to it. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not share it with third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to work@opshift.studio.

Data retention

We keep the data as long as needed to handle the inquiry, but no longer than two years from the last communication, unless required otherwise by law or a business relationship is established.

Cookies

The site uses one essential cookie (opshift_consent), which stores your cookie choice for 12 months, plus a opshift_lang cookie that remembers your language choice. Anonymous analytics loads only if you explicitly allow it on the banner; without consent the site uses no third-party tracking, analytics or advertising tools.
